Returns are simple and Easy |
We're committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly replace any defective new item and most non-defective items. THIS RULE EXCLUDES ELECTRONIC ITEMS. ELECTRONIC ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED. Within 7 days of receipt of your order,you may return products that:
- Are in their original packaging
- Have original manufacturer information
- Are not used, installed, or disassembled
- Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
- Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions
- Are not custom or special orders
* Due the fact that Porsche doesn't give any warranty on NEW "electronic" parts, we can't give it even on USED parts.
Before Returning Goods you must have Authorization from Independent Porsche Specialist van Zweeden.
This MUST be arranged by letter or fax !

Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a gift voucher will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error. Cash On Delivery shipments will not be accepted.
- Items incorrectly shipped to Independent Porsche Specialist van Zweeden will not be returned.
- Items not purchased from Independent Porsche Specialist van Zweeden will not be accepted.

Core/Exchange returns |
If you would like to return an item associated with a core/exchange return value, please submit your request through our form.

Please note:
- All fluids must be drained from the core
- The core must be securely wrapped in plastic and sealed
- Cores must be returned in the packaging used in the shipment of the order sent to you
- Your core will be inspected to determine if the core is rebuild-able
- Core return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
These are not refundable.

Refunds |
We will issue a gift voucher for any returned products when your return meets the above requirements. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error.

Damaged goods |
If your product has been damaged in shipment, please sent us an E mail or fax within 24 hours of receipt of your products to begin the process. We'll then contact you via email or phone with further instructions on filing your claim.

Cancel order requests |
With any cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. In the event that the product is shipped, you will be charged for the order.
